Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Formulator for our Development team, responsible for updating formulations, managing product evaluations, leading formulation activities, and coordinating technology transfer. A dynamic and collaborative environment with professional growth. **AGC is growing!** That’s why we’re looking for our next talent as a **SENIOR FORMULATOR**, to join our Development team. **Your Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry-Biology, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic and personal hygiene product formulation. * Experience developing new cosmetic lines and reformulating existing cosmetic products on the market. * Knowledge of scaling up product development from laboratory to pilot plant/production\-packaging. * Knowledge of NOM 073\. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure formulations remain updated according to regulations, market trends, and internal manufacturing processes. * Manage and supervise product functionality evaluation under real-use conditions. * Lead or execute formulations on time and as required to meet quality objectives and established deadlines. * Develop and document stability protocols for each product. * Maintain updated and secure records of all stages of formulation development. * Supervise control and recording of physicochemical specifications, as well as preparation of safety data sheets. * Verify that raw materials proposed for formulations comply with regulatory criteria, cost, efficacy, safety, and availability requirements for the destination country. * Develop and update procedures related to formulation development. * Coordinate, assist, supervise, and report on proper technology transfer at the production line level, ensuring a seamless process. * Collaborate with contract manufacturers on projects, providing support in quality control and supervision of product characteristics. * Support preparation and submission of documentation required for regulatory procedures. * Ensure verification of measurement equipment belonging to the laboratory area. * Collaborate and provide support on other tasks or strategic projects as required by your department or immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary commensurate with experience * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Professional growth * Subsidized cafeteria * **10% Savings Fund** * **10% Grocery Vouchers** * Discounts on our products * **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM** * **Early Friday dismissal** * Work location: Alamo Industrial.
