E-commerce Assistant / Operations Nexbit Distributor – Plaza Fiesta Arboledas Salary: $12,000 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Location: Plaza Fiesta Arboledas, Guadalajara Job Description At Nexbit Distributor, we are seeking an organized, responsible, and operationally focused individual to support us in managing online sales, inventory control, and order preparation. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are properly processed from the platform through to shipment, maintaining order and control at all times. Key Responsibilities Order management across platforms: Mercado Libre Amazon TikTok Shop Customer service (messages, order tracking, and resolution of inquiries) Packing and preparing orders Inventory control and updates Coordination of shipments with courier services Warehouse product organization Sales and transaction logging in Excel Requirements Minimum education: Completed high school diploma (technical degree or bachelor’s degree is a plus) Minimum 1 year of e-commerce experience (Mercado Libre and/or Amazon) Experience in order packing and inventory management Basic/intermediate Excel skills Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail Ability to multitask Ideal Profile Agile, organized, and urgency-oriented individual Proactive with initiative Results-focused and follow-up oriented We Offer Job stability Statutory benefits Salary: $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
