




Job Summary: Comprehensively manage Etifast’s commercial operations on Amazon, including portfolio management, execution of sales and content strategies, and development of opportunities for profitable growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages Amazon commercial operations and direct sales. 2. Develops content, sales, and product optimization strategies. 3. Provides customer service and manages sales projects. Job Objective To comprehensively manage Etifast’s commercial operations on Amazon, ensuring proper portfolio administration, compliance with FBA/FBM logistics models, execution of content and sales strategies, customer service, and development of commercial opportunities—guaranteeing profitable and sustainable growth on the platform. Position: Amazon Sales Executive and Direct Sales Executive RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Commercial Administration and Operations Administer sales generated on the Amazon platform. Manage the product portfolio, ensuring updated information and correct categorization. Monitor and manage inventory availability under FBA and FBM models. Manage shipments and replenishment to FBA warehouses. Issue sales invoices in accordance with internal policies. Supervise daily order picking, ensuring proper order flow. 2. Customer Service Respond to inquiries, messages, and requests via Amazon Seller Central. Manage claims, returns, and post-sales cases promptly. Ensure optimal response times to maintain account reputation. Provide in-person and telephone customer support. Support order shipment and delivery tracking. 3. Commercial Strategy, Content, and Listings Maintain optimized listings with attractive content and complete descriptions. Develop A+ content to improve conversion rates. Design monthly promotions (new launches, slow-moving items, low turnover). Monitor competitor pricing and portfolio positioning. Analyze new competitors, substitute products, and market trends. Track margins, costs, and fees per ASIN. Identify growth opportunities and propose new products. 4. Project Management and Direct Sales Manage direct sales aligned with monthly targets. Prepare quotations for projects and volume sales. Define discount and promotion strategies (via internal systems such as Odoo). Adjust pricing. Retain customers and develop key accounts. Ensure profitability through margin control. 5. Internal Coordination and Logistics Coordinate contract manufacturing with the production team according to requirements. Plan FBA shipments and schedule logistics appointments with Amazon. Collaborate with the logistics department to meet packaging and delivery standards.
