Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Driver for a packaging distribution company, responsible for local deliveries, cargo handling, and supporting warehouse operations and customer service. Packaging distribution company seeks the following for its main warehouse: **Warehouse Driver** Address: "Álamo Business Park" Industrial Condominium, Las Juntas Neighborhood, Guadalajara. ***Requirements:*** * Completed junior high school. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a driver. * Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Knowledge of warehouse processes and industrial safety. * Familiarity with city geography and basic mechanics. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Cargo deliveries; local routes within the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area (ZMG) and surrounding areas. * Operation of standard loaded vehicles (2\-5 tons / pickup truck). * Loading and unloading. * Customer service. * Order management. * Invoice reconciliation. * Product arrangement in the warehouse. * Manual assembly of product accessories. * Packaging preparation. * Various support activities for warehouse operations. ***EMPLOYMENT OFFER:*** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Statutory benefits. * Free uniforms, footwear, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Fixed salary: $11,500 \- $12,000 per month, before taxes. ***ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:*** * Savings fund. * 30 days of Christmas bonus. * Biweekly food vouchers worth $400\.00. * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus equal to 10% of weekly salary (MI). * Quarterly productivity bonus up to 66\.66% of monthly salary (MI). * Company-designated vacation periods (Holy Week and Christmas).
