**Position:** Billing Specialist **Location:** Tepatitlán de Morelos, Jalisco **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Salary:** $12,000 gross monthly **Benefits:** As per labor law **Type of contract:** 3 months (temporary) with possibility of permanent position **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration or related field (or high school with proven experience) * Previous experience in billing (CFDI) * Proficiency in email and WhatsApp * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Availability to assist with inventory and recipe tracking **Main responsibilities:** * Elaboration and control of invoices * Organization of 3 delivery routes * Monthly support in inventory management * Customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp * Receiving products together with the warehouse supervisor **Key competencies:** Organization, dynamism, leadership, effective communication, and teamwork.
