Likewise, please note that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our Privacy Notice. **POSITION:** ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. **Main responsibilities:** * Timely entry into the system of employee shift rotations to ensure alignment with records of arrivals, departures, breaks, and working hours. * Timely entry into the system of employee absences, attendances, and substitutions to ensure accurate payroll deductions. * Consolidation of employee time clock records and generation of reports. * Resolution of red alerts to prevent interruption of time evaluation. * Authorization of time clock corrections in accordance with established procedures. **Education level:** * Technical degree **(certificate required)** in Administrative fields. **Experience:** * ERP system proficiency (Desirable) **Mandatory knowledge:** Basic Microsoft Office suite. **Contract type:** * Permanent. **LOCATION:** Tlajomulco Plant.
