**WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT CIVIL WORKS COORDINATOR FOR MOLD PROJECTS.** A Real Estate Development Company with more than fifteen years of experience, due to growth, is seeking a Construction Industry Professional with strong commitment and coordination skills to carry out activities that ensure the proper execution of the company's Civil Works projects in the Mexican Republic, to perform as: **WORKS COORDINATOR (CIVIL WORKS).** **OBJECTIVE:** Overall responsibility for the project, accountable for this business unit regarding execution time, cost, and quality. Coordinating the functions of Site Engineers under supervision and maintaining formal communication with the client. **IMPORTANT** * Experience in: Vertical construction, commercial construction, industrial construction, and infrastructure construction. * Must hold a professional degree and state and federal license. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control costs and budgets of assigned projects. * Verify timelines and schedules of assigned projects. * Monitor and supervise the quality of processes and work on each assigned project. * Coordinate different work teams involved in the construction process. * Coordinate the work of contractors involved in the construction process. * Coordinate estimation processes with contracting companies. * Maintain internal coordination among different departments within the company. * Maintain good relations with supervisory authorities and clients of each assigned project. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Sufficient experience in construction and/or coordination of projects, preferably social interest housing to high-end residential, vertical construction, etc. * Knowledge of current building codes and regulations. * Knowledge of ACI318-14 concrete structure standards. * Proficient in Office software, AutoCAD, etc. * Ability to track construction execution schedules. * Ability to interpret and read architectural, structural, installation, finishing, etc. drawings (executive project). * Knowledge and identification of all different materials used in construction projects. * Preparation, completion, and control of site supervision reports. * Experience in preparation and review of work quantity takeoffs. * Knowledge of site warehouse control. * Experience managing construction site personnel. **WE OFFER:** \- Opportunities for growth and development. \- Biweekly payment. \- Direct contract with the company. \- 15 days year-end bonus (aguinaldo). \- Vacation entitlement according to the Federal Labor Law (LFT). \- 25% vacation premium.
