Position Summary: We are seeking an operational logistics coordinator to supervise trips, transportation units, and communication with drivers and customers in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Zone (ZMG), with a focus on decision-making and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Full coordination and control of transportation units. 2. Incident resolution and maintenance of smooth operations. 3. Operational support and documentation management. **Transportes Magaña** (Plant) Tlaquepaque, Jal. (La Calerilla area, 5 minutes from Centro Sur). At **Transportes Magaña**, we seek a candidate with experience in operational logistics to coordinate trips, track units, and maintain constant communication with drivers and customers within the ZMG. This position is critical to daily operations; therefore, focus, quick decision-making, and excellent organizational skills are required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assign trips and resolve operational issues in real time. * Full control of units (Torton, Tractor-trailer, Mulita, Rabón). * Continuous route monitoring and driver tracking. * Resolve incidents (delays, breakdowns, customer pressure). * Handle calls and orders during assigned shifts. * Coordinate departures/arrivals and validate documentation. * Support operational matters (fuel, supplies, internal coordination). * Maintain seamless operation **without errors**. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * Proven experience in logistics/transportation (minimum 4 years). * Proficiency in Excel, GPS, and Google Maps. * Strong character and decisive capability. * Organized, fast, and solution-oriented. * Experience dealing with demanding drivers and customers. * Valid driver’s license. **WE OFFER:** **Weekly payment.** * $3,000.00 weekly. * $1,500.00 bonus for covering weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday). * Statutory benefits (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation, profit-sharing). * Company vehicle \+ fuel allowance (home–work–home). **8-hour shifts: Monday to Friday.
