In this role, you will be assigned to different work areas as needed to ensure production goals are met, support quality product production, and maximize performance while adhering to all safety policies and regulations. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Operate automatic weighing equipment, scanners, and other technological tools in the assigned area of the production facility to process work orders, applying basic understanding of policies and procedures to carry out fundamental and clearly defined processes. * Perform a variety of responsibilities in the identified area, which may include bag unloading, terminal operations (scanning), blending, monitoring computerized control systems, and performing infrequent basic machine adjustments. * Learn operational procedures, receive input from peers, and provide feedback on the clarity and effectiveness of guidance—including documentation of procedures. * Conduct routine monitoring of assigned equipment and processes, collaborating with the team to resolve issues. * Record production and inventory activities in computerized systems. * Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and manage the pace and progress of assigned teams or processes—requiring awareness of interdependencies with other process areas. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Must be at least 18 years of age. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, stooping, or twisting safely—with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms—with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present—using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts—with advance notice. * Ability to operate industrial machinery and/or equipment—with or without reasonable accommodation. * Basic experience using a computer. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience (6 months) working in a production or plant environment. * Experience managing inventory. * Basic practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word.
