**ABOUT THE ROLE** We are seeking a polished and tech\-savvy Remote Customer Service Representative to provide an exceptional guest experience over the phone. As the first point of contact, you will represent the warmth, professionalism, and luxury of our Spa through every interaction. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, scheduling appointments in Mindbody, assisting with client inquiries, processing payments, and supporting day\-to\-day communication between clients and our team. Every conversation you have will reflect our commitment to hospitality, care, and precision—ensuring guests feel valued and cared for even before they step through our doors. If you take pride in delivering five\-star service remotely and thrive in a support role that combines efficiency with genuine human connection, this is an ideal opportunity to join our Luxury Spa team. **Key Responsibilities:** This position requires someone highly organized, detail\-oriented, and comfortable using technology to manage a fast\-paced workflow. You must be confident navigating scheduling software, managing multiple lines of communication, and clearly articulating information to guests and team members. * Answer and initiate inbound and outbound calls to assist guests with scheduling, rescheduling, or confirming appointments. * Use Mindbody to accurately manage bookings, process payments, and maintain guest records. * Handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy, providing accurate information on spa services, pricing, and policies. * Support spa operations by communicating schedule changes and guest needs to the in\-spa team. * Follow up with guests after appointments to encourage rebooking and maintain relationships. * Maintain a calm and composed demeanor during high\-volume call periods while ensuring efficiency and accuracy **Requirements:** * 2\+ years in customer support roles or similar * Strong English communication skills (B2\-C2\) * Exceptional phone etiquette, listening, and communication skills. * Highly proficient with technology, including Mindbody, Google Workspace, Go High Level, and basic CRM tools. * Organized, detail\-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Positive attitude, team\-oriented mindset, and passion for wellness and hospitality. **BENEFITS** * Monthly Salary of $24,000 gross (bruto) * Year\-end bonus (aguinaldo): 30 days. * Savings fund: 10% (capped at 1\.3 UMAM). * Grocery vouchers: 10% of base salary (capped at $1,302\.84 MXN). * Life insurance: Coverage of $200,000 MXN. * Individual Major Medical Expenses Insurance **DETAILS** * Working hours from Monday to Saturday from 9:00AM to 4:30PM * Work from home (must be in Guadalajara) We are excited to have you be a part of the team!
