Job Summary: Convertidora Gmv is seeking a Quality Assistant to ensure the quality of labels and flexible packaging by performing inspections, evaluations, and product follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure label and flexible packaging quality. 2. Conduct sampling, inspection, and evaluation of products. 3. Operate and maintain inspection and testing equipment. We are **Convertidora Gmv**, a company with over 40 years in the industry specializing in labels and flexible packaging; we are looking for you — join us as: ***Quality Assistant*** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed High School Diploma. * Experience: 1 year of experience in quality assurance. * Easy access to the work area "Col. La Tijera, Tlajomulco" (behind Walmart Palomar). * Availability to rotate across all three shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). **Responsibilities:** * Perform sampling, inspection, seal integrity evaluation, and quality assessment of bags according to frequency and procedures established in the quality management system. * Determine bag quality by reviewing results against specifications; approve or reject accordingly, and label products as conforming or non-conforming as appropriate. * Report, segregate, and track non-conforming finished products. * Issue quality certificates to be sent to customers. * Carry out release activities related to the cutting\-bagging program. * Operate and maintain inspection and testing equipment to ensure reliability. * Keep uniform clean and in optimal condition; wear full uniform throughout the work shift. * Maintain personal hygiene during the work shift. * Record relevant events occurring during the shift in the logbook. * Track conditionally released products using the instruction letter and determine their status relative to specifications. * Support the PT team when required. * Audit adhesive preparation. **We Offer:** * Tax-free weekly salary of $2,383\. * Grocery vouchers: $1,298 monthly. * Savings fund: 10%. * Productivity bonus: approximately $3,000 monthly, tax-free. * 20-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo). * Statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Company-provided transportation.
