We are seeking a Community Manager with recent experience in fashion brands to drive our digital growth through scheduled strategies and direct execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and schedule monthly/quarterly social media marketing plans (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), aligned with design launches and B2C campaigns. * Create engaging content (visuals, reels, stories) to increase organic followers and interactions, with emphasis on fashion accessories trends. * Analyze data (reach, engagement, conversions to marketplace sales) using tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Insights, generating weekly reports with optimization proposals. * Oversee campaign execution: coordinate posts, collaborations with fashion influencers, and A/B testing to maximize ROI. * Propose growth strategies (contests, UGC, paid ads) based on fashion competitor benchmarks, reporting monthly KPIs (follower growth >20%, store traffic +15%). **Requirements:** * 2+ years in Community Management for fashion brands (e.g., streetwear, accessories), with a demonstrable portfolio showing follower growth and digital sales increases. * Experience in strategic planning: editorial calendar creation and end-to-end execution. * Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite; knowledge of social SEO and data analytics. * Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred for global trends; based in Guadalajara or open to flexible remote work. * Proactive, creative, and results-oriented in entrepreneurial environments.
