**Key Contributions and Responsibilities:** Mapping Generation * Compile and acquire data for new seasons across Mexico. * Measure and request information on productive and non-productive fields with assistance from the Legal department. * Generate documentation for processes developed by the area. * Conduct measurements of plantations and fields based on notifications provided by Production and Agricultural Services. * Request and capture information delivered by Production in PDF formats. * Populate GIS (Geographic Information System) databases to consolidate information displayed on the Web map. * Conduct fixed asset surveys according to the database provided by the Costs department. Master Data Base * Perform data entry, creation, and validation of practice maps based on parcel measurements and information provided by Production. * Validate information with other departments (Production and Food Safety) regarding scheduled ranch releases. * Notify MDB when there are errors or changes in information. * Deliver cartographic resources to product managers responsible for active plantations (box report). * Generate practical-level reports. Cartographic Updating * Create and maintain databases with geographic information layers for parcels, identification of new plantations, parcel status, and preliminary measurements. * Populate databases for all ranches in Mexico with information on new plantations and multicycles. * Keep processed information updated in GIS software. US Cartography * Process Driscoll’s measurements into the internal system. * Receive cartographic processing requests from the GIS Specialist. * Consolidate cartographic information sent by DSA. * Create net acre and block maps. * Process special internal information requests for the United States. * Send preliminary and final PDFs containing practice information provided by Production Reporting.
