Due to our expansion, we are seeking an: **Accounts Payable Accountant** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within manufacturing companies. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or Business; intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * English language proficiency sufficient for conducting conversations (preferred). * Easy access to Parque Industrial Tecnológico #3, Av. Colón 6013. **Experience:** Supplier reconciliation. Tracking advance payments to suppliers and employee travel allowances. Scheduling supplier payments according to due dates and available cash flow. Maintaining physical and electronic archives of invoices and payments. Calculating VAT per supplier payment and performing month-end closing. Monthly supplier follow-up and reconciliation. Provisioning and reviewing purchases, expenses, and supplier services at month-end. Confirming supplier payments. Electronic banking for supplier payments.
