Job Summary: The BIM Coordinator will lead multidisciplinary BIM model coordination, manage cloud-based collaborative environments, and ensure technical integration of projects. Key Highlights: 1. Management of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and clash detection. **1\. OBJECTIVE** The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary BIM model coordination (Architecture and MEP), managing cloud-based collaborative environments such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and ensuring proper technical and construction integration of projects. **2\. KNOWLEDGE** Proficiency in BIM tools: Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, modeling and clash detection, and automation tools such as Dynamo and other specialized plugins. Project Information Management, with ability to create and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and track model and deliverable traceability. Cloud collaboration platforms such as BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud for collaborative model management. Desirable complementary knowledge in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Instrumentation & Control. **4\. PROFILE** **Experience**: 3–5 years in BIM modeling, coordination, and management projects within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. ROLES TO PERFORM** * BIM Leader: Exercise effective leadership over modelers, ensuring quality of work and deliverables. * Conduct comprehensive model clash analysis to guarantee optimal and consistent design. * Modeler Supervisor * Coordinate daily modeling team activities under supervision to ensure timely and accurate delivery of designs. * External Modeler Supervisor * Coordinate daily modeling vendor activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of designs. **6\. SPECIALIZED ACTIVITIES** * Multidisciplinary BIM model coordination * BIM coordination, proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud, implementation of BIM standards * Implementation of clash detection processes using tools such as Navisworks * Development of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and modeling protocols * Model quality management and control * Compliance with Level of Development (LOD and LOIN) * Interdisciplinary coordination in BIM environments * Model review and deliverable coordination * Technical training on BIM tools and processes * Leading BIM coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams * Participation in BIM tendering or client implementation processes * Ability to align BIM model objectives with project objectives (cost, schedule, sustainability) * Effective communication, analytical mindset, results-oriented **7\.
