**JUNIOR RECRUITER** Work location: Downtown Guadalajara, two blocks from Las Nueve Esquinas **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in operational recruitment * Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media * Strong communication skills and ability to follow up with candidates * Organized, proactive, and eager to develop within the field **Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings on various platforms * Screening and tracking candidates * Conducting initial interviews * Supporting hiring processes * Administrative follow-up of candidate files * Assisting with general recruitment department activities **We offer:** * $12,000 MXN monthly (take-home pay) * $3,000 bonus upon achievement of targets * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Opportunities for growth and development **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays only when operationally required ***Interested candidates must apply through this channel, attaching an updated CV*** Salary: $15,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site employment
