Description
**OBJECTIVE**
Responsible for ensuring the proper organization and control of plant units, coordinating access, scale weighing, ramp assignment, and strategic parking to prevent congestion and operational risks. Supervise and regulate motorcycle and automobile traffic outside the facility to maintain optimal safety conditions and vehicle flow.
**FUNCTIONS:**
* Monitor the use of PPE (personal protective equipment).
* Implement and enforce safety protocols.
* Identify unsafe acts and conditions.
* Identify potential risks arising during maneuvers and prevent them.
* Organize truck entry and exit from the plant.
* Assign ramps correctly for material unloading.
* Coordinate with various warehouses, security, industrial safety, and shipping departments for ramp and access allocation.
* Implement strategies to improve vehicle flow.
**Education and Training: Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Traffic and Logistics Engineering, or related engineering field**
