1\.\- Coordinate staff under your supervision, review their attendance, and conduct briefings to keep them informed of changes and train newly hired staff.
2\.\- Inspect staff before they begin their duties, and keep them informed and updated on audit results, improvement plans, or any departmental changes that may arise.

15\.\- Supervise and ensure compliance with established service, hygiene, and operational process standards.
16\.\- Identify repair areas and prepare maintenance work orders, updating the punch list frequently.
17\.\- Prepare shift schedules for bar servers, attendants, and bartenders.
18\.\- Check decorations according to themed nights.
19\.\- Check storerooms.
20\.\- Supervise internal cleaning of consumption areas.
21\. Ensures compliance with the required indicator for CRISTAL certification by verifying and evaluating hygienic food and beverage handling procedures.
22\.\- Recommend daily drink specials to guests.
23\.\- Resolve customer complaints.
24\.\- Report any anomalies affecting dining room service to the supervisor.
25\.\- Conduct and coordinate periodic inventories in bars to ensure established stock levels.
26\. Selects, evaluates, and trains bar department staff (bartenders, bar servers, attendants, and assistants).
27\. Responsible for maintaining valid permits and licenses and ensuring they are displayed in visible locations.
28\. Develops strategies to prevent shrinkage, misuse, and loss of products and supplies across all property bars.
29\. Contributes to achieving the established workplace climate index in the department by maintaining effective communication and positive relationships with supervised staff.
30\. Completes training programs by delivering scheduled topics.
31\. Ensures compliance with the required indicator for Distintivo H certification by verifying and evaluating hygienic food and beverage handling procedures.
