




Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Community Manager to strengthen the digital community of consumer/beauty brands, manage content, and build strong relationships with the audience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and strengthen the digital community of consumer or beauty brands. 2. Create, plan, and schedule innovative content, copy, and campaigns. 3. Actively participate in the digital marketing strategy. We are looking for a **creative, dynamic, and proactive** individual with prior experience managing social media, ideally for **consumer or beauty brands**. **What will be your mission?** Build, manage, and strengthen the **digital community** of assigned accounts, representing our clients while adhering to communication guidelines, ethics, and information security standards. You will be responsible for reinforcing brand identity and image, building strong relationships with the audience to help achieve each account’s objectives. **What we offer** * **Salary:** $15,000 MXN gross per month (paid weekly) * **Statutory benefits** * **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Requirements** * Graduates in **Marketing, Advertising, or Communication Sciences** * Experience managing **Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok** * Knowledge of **content creation** (basic copywriting, images, and short videos) * Proficiency with tools such as **Canva and Meta Business Suite** * Monitoring and responding to **messages and comments** * Planning and **content scheduling** * Basic knowledge of **metrics and performance analysis** * Excellent **spelling and writing skills** **Responsibilities** * Manage the digital community of assigned accounts (engagement, growth, and conversation) * Create, plan, and schedule **content, copy, and campaigns**, both organic and paid * Analyze statistics, conduct market research, and prepare **performance reports** * Actively participate in the **digital marketing strategy** * Research and stay updated on **content trends and new formats** * Support **customer service and follow-up** **Work Location** C.
