Tepatitlán de Morelos, Jalisco region Requirements:  Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree.  Must have field sales experience and knowledge of finishes and coatings industry.  Basic Excel proficiency.  Preferably possess an existing client portfolio within this industry.  Valid driver’s license (Class A or B).  Availability to commit time.  Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.  Product and market understanding.  Results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities:  Generate direct sales.  Establish connections with potential customers.  Analyze market and competition.  Plan tasks and objectives.  Collect and utilize data.  Quotation and collections.  Product specifications and demonstrations.  Post-sales follow-up.
