Analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication **A prominent Mexican tire company is currently seeking talent for the position of Internal Auditor** **Requirements** * Degree in Accounting, Administration, Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in internal or external auditing. * Solid knowledge of auditing methodologies, internal control, and risk management. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Willingness to travel **Responsibilities** * Plan and conduct internal audits across various operational and administrative areas. * Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. * Prepare clear and concise audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management. * Follow up on the implementation of agreed corrective actions. * Stay updated on best practices and regulatory requirements. ***We Offer:*** * Base salary: $17,000 to $18,000 * Statutory benefits: social security, year-end bonus, and vacation days. * Savings fund and profit-sharing * Life insurance * Travel allowances covering transportation, accommodation, and meals. * Grocery vouchers: $1,425 per month Salary: $17,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On the road
