Crew coordination and logbook management 3. Report handling and database management A leading telecommunications company is seeking an External Plant Dispatch Analyst (Midtown) due to expansion. Job Objective: Complete, assign, and document the assigned logbook timely and accurately. Logbook Distribution: Assign workload to on-duty crews via FFM2. Confirm visits and document incidents in SF, FFM2, and Excel. Crew Follow-up: Zoning, mobilizing crews within the zone, shift coverage, and resolving platform issues (FFM2, SF) · Requirements: Gender: Not specified. Age: 18 years or older. Education: High school diploma. Excel proficiency (basic). Flexible availability. · Responsibilities: Customer service and follow-up on service installation.
