Position Summary: Doble B Spirits Consulting Group is seeking a Creative Leader to coordinate and develop the design, content, and branding team, ensuring project quality and delivery to drive growth. Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree ° Intermediate English (advanced level not required, but communication and comprehension ability is essential). ° Proficiency with Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). ° Knowledge of administrative processes. ° Customer service skills, confidentiality, organization, responsibility, service orientation, initiative, and conflict resolution. ° Prior experience leading creative or design teams. ° Strategic mindset with a results- and metrics-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: ° Lead, coordinate, and develop the creative team (graphic design, content, branding, etc.). ° Supervise execution of creative projects to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery. ° Establish, measure, and track KPIs for the creative department. ° Report team results, progress, and performance to management. ° Collaborate with other departments across the company. ° Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. ° Propose innovative ideas to drive brand and project growth.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Knowledge areas: Commitment, Quality, Leadership development Keywords: supervisor, manager, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent
