Market analysis and interdisciplinary collaboration for product success A company dedicated to manufacturing mud flaps and truck cab mats is looking for a **PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER**—don’t miss the opportunity to grow within a solid and stable organization. **OBJECTIVE:** Transform ideas into tangible solutions that impact the market and satisfy end-user needs. **REQUIREMENTS** * Industrial Engineering, Product Development Engineering, Process Development Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering degree * Experience in the metal-mechanical industry * Experience in new product development and manufacturing processes * Proficiency in design software * Knowledge of materials and raw materials **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Exhibitor development · Product design (creating and improving products from conception to final design, while meeting customer expectations and market trends) · Manufacturing supervision (coordinating with production teams to ensure products are manufactured according to specifications and within the established budget) · Testing and evaluation (ensuring products are safe and functional prior to market launch) · Market analysis (assessing market trends and customer needs to inform new product development) · Interdisciplinary collaboration: Working closely with designers and engineers to ensure the final product meets business objectives and customer expectations. * Prototyping of new products * Research on materials and components * Statistical analysis of material usage and waste **WE OFFER:** * Weekly salary plus grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits and enhanced benefits starting from the sixth month * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with weekends off Location: Tlaquepaque Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $21,000.00 – $23,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
