JOB PROFILE FLEXOGRAPHIC PREPRESS DESIGNER Schedule Monday to Friday: 08:30 \- 18:20 Job Description: Responsible for reviewing, correcting, and preparing files for print output. Main Responsibilities and Requirements 1\. Review workload and manage priorities according to the production schedule. 2\. Review complete files and materials for production. 3\. Execute work orders according to specified requirements. 4\. Validate work orders, emails, and project authorizations before releasing plates to production. 5\. Complete and submit the daily productivity report. Essential Requirements (Education and Experience) Requirements: 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. 2\. Minimum 2 years of experience in Prepress. 3\. Experience in prepress workflows. 4\. Experience in imposition, preferably with Preps. 5\. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 6\. Proficiency in graphic design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, PitStop). 7\. Knowledge of dies, varnish, and Hot Stamping. 8\. Experience in file correction, imposition, and preparation for flatbed and rotary presses, as well as knowledge of various finishing types. 9\. Knowledge of trapping. 10\. Proficiency in PC and MAC. Desirable Requirements: Experience operating processors, CTP systems, and digital printers. Work Environment Characteristics 1\.
