Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation of facilities and equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, inventory management, and procurement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain facilities and equipment in gyms, sports clubs, and hotels. 2. Collaborate on purchasing spare parts, seeking cost-effectiveness. 3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations for swimming pools. Maintenance Technician Location: Urban Center, Av. Adolfo López Mateos Sur 7000, La Rioja, Los Gavilanes, 45645 Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jal., Mexico Education: Completed technical programs or engineering degrees in Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in maintenance, preferably in gyms, sports clubs, hospitality, and restaurants Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, gym equipment, and swimming pools. Carry out maintenance activities according to the scheduled maintenance calendar and complete logbooks for proper tracking. Procure spare parts, materials, and supplies, selecting the most cost-effective options from current suppliers. Inspect and assess facility conditions, reporting repair or improvement needs and, where applicable, proposing optimal solutions. Guarantee and conduct measurements of established pool parameters, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations for aquatic facility maintenance. Manage inventory of maintenance tools and materials. Prepare activity reports and report incidents to general management and/or shift supervisors.
