Driving continuous improvement in procurement processes **Purchaser** **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits + above-standard benefits * Excellent work environment * Full and free access to all our facilities * Early vacation entitlement * Bi-weekly payment **Requirements:** * Gender: Indifferent * Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration * Prior experience as a Purchaser in the fitness or automotive industry * Knowledge of the COSO framework * Competencies and aptitudes: Communication, teamwork, service orientation, results-driven mindset, leadership, planning, and organization **Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute the procurement strategy, ensuring timely supply of goods and services * Develop and consolidate a master catalog of strategic suppliers (evaluating their compliance and performance) * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal conditions regarding cost, quality, service, and credit terms * Analyze and control acquisition costs, pursuing sustainable efficiencies and savings * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable tax guidelines * Manage contracts and commercial agreements, securing favorable terms for the company * Identify risks in the supply of goods and services, proposing alternatives and contingency plans to ensure operational continuity * Coordinate with Finance on payment scheduling according to credit terms and budget, optimizing cash flow and ensuring timely fulfillment of obligations to suppliers * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes * Prepare, review, and track purchase orders until proper receipt and invoicing * Generate reports and metrics (e.g., savings, delivery times, supplier compliance) to support decision-making * Review and validate delivery of goods and services against agreed-upon conditions * Monitor and enforce, if necessary, guarantees agreed upon with suppliers * Timely submission of weekly payment requirements based on credit terms **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00; Saturdays, 09:00–14:00.
