Collaborative team and positive work environment Your Role We are looking for an **SMT Test Technician** to temporarily join our manufacturing team, with a focus on **electronic inspection and quality improvement**. This position is critical to ensuring proper inspection of electronic circuit boards, supporting the team across various shifts, and developing expertise on specialized inspection platforms such as AOI and X-ray. The team is distinguished by its **positive work environment**, cross-shift support, and openness to developing technical talent in specialized inspection, ICT, and functional testing. **What You’ll Do** * Actively contribute to **electronic circuit board inspection** to ensure compliance with quality standards in SMT processes. * Support **improvement of inspection coverage**, identifying opportunities when failures relate to component polarity or optical marks. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to **analyze inspection findings** and enable improvement actions. * Provide support to the inspection team across **multiple shifts**, ensuring operational continuity over weekends. * Develop technical knowledge on **AOI and X-ray inspection platforms**, with training and mentoring from the team. **Who You Are (Basic Requirements)** * Technical diploma or degree in **Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field** (recent graduates are welcome). * **0–1 year** of experience in manufacturing, SMT, testing, or electronic inspection environments. * **Availability to work rotating shifts** (including weekends and support across all three shifts). * Genuine interest in learning and growing in **electronic inspection and quality**. * Collaborative attitude, willingness to work in teams, and focus on maintaining a positive workplace. **What Would Give You an Advantage** * Prior knowledge of **AOI and/or X-ray inspection platforms**. * Certification or familiarity with **IPC standards**. * Basic experience in SMT, ICT, or functional testing environments. * Flexible profile, **non-confrontational**, and strong adaptability to multidisciplinary teams.
