




**Your Job** As a key contributor to the Sourcing Center team in Mexico, you will support and execute sourcing strategies for indirect procurement for the Guadalajara and Nogales plants. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and regional sourcing teams to drive value through supplier management, strategic sourcing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in analyzing complex technical specifications and market trends will help optimize total cost of ownership while ensuring quality, reliability, and delivery capability. **Our Team** You will be part of a dynamic and proactive Sourcing Center team that values collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking. Working alongside multidisciplinary local and regional teams, we focus on developing high\-level sourcing strategies and building strong supplier partnerships to support organizational goals and continuous growth. **What You Will Do** * Analyze engineering drawings, product specifications, and supplier RFx responses to make informed sourcing decisions. * Collaborate with Category Management and cross\-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and risk. * Conduct supplier capability assessments, identify gaps, and support supplier selection aligned with category strategies. * Partner with global teams and business stakeholders to support contract negotiations and supplier agreements. * Manage sourcing events using Coupa, including RFx creation, total cost of ownership reviews, risk analysis, and award processes. * Identify opportunities for cost improvement and risk reduction through Value Analysis/Value Engineering and vendor consolidation. * Drive efficiency improvements in procurement operations, including hosted catalog utilization and purchase process optimization. * Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies through market research and collaboration with engineering teams. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related Engineering discipline. * Strong proven experience in a strategic procurement role within a manufacturing environment. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and complex technical specifications. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in sourcing analytics and supplier evaluation. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), ERP, and procurement systems; SAP and Coupa experience preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, including live and virtual presentation capabilities. * Basic project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. **What Will Put You Ahead** * Experience in sourcing capital equipment, tooling, or customized products. * Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global and regional teams. * Demonstrated success in supplier relationship management and contract negotiations. * Strong understanding of Total Cost of Ownership principles and risk mitigation strategies. * Creative problem solver who thinks outside the box and thrives in a dynamic environment.
