Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer to plan and coordinate the manufacturing of automated machinery, from design through delivery, ensuring timeliness, cost control, and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination of machinery manufacturing projects 2. Key customer interaction and production tracking 3. Risk management and change control in projects **We are MC PACK, a company dedicated to the design and manufacturing of automated machines, and we are currently looking for a Project Engineer:** **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related degree. * Age between 25 and 40 * Project tracking experience preferred (not mandatory) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Manufacturing processes knowledge preferred * Personnel management knowledge preferred * Customer interaction experience preferred * Flexible working hours availability **Key Competencies for this Role:** * Organization and results orientation * Analytical and technical thinking * Clear and effective communication * Proactivity and problem-solving ability * Teamwork and collaboration * Attention to detail and timely follow-up **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate machinery manufacturing projects, from design through delivery: schedule, cost, and quality. * Track procurement, production, automation, and assembly. * Communicate with customers regarding progress, changes, and deliveries. * Prepare reports * Identify and manage risks * Control changes implemented in the project * Assist the company’s General Management / commercial focus * Manage General Management’s schedule **We Offer:** * Base weekly salary of 4,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:35 PM, plus occasional Saturdays; flexible working hours availability is mandatory.
