Opportunity for growth within the organization **Engineering Intern – Operational Process Improvement Project** * Mode: On-site * Schedule: Half-day, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM * Location: Tlaquepaque, Av. de los Artesanos * **Professional practice certification** (Active agreement with CUCEI) **Project Objective** Support the analysis and optimization of operational processes through on-site time and motion studies, identifying improvement opportunities in productivity, safety, ergonomics, and regulatory compliance. **Main Responsibilities** * Collecting field information from technicians and warehouse staff. * Conducting time and motion studies. * Identifying unproductive time and bottlenecks. * Developing process flow diagrams and analysis reports. * Assisting in standardization and documentation of operational processes. **Required Profile** * Currently enrolled engineering student (CUCEI). * Minimum 6th semester. * Interest in process and operational improvement. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability for on-site work. **We Offer** * Professional practice certification. * Real-world operational experience. * Guidance and mentoring. * **Opportunity for growth within the organization.** * **Financial support of $6,000.00** Employment Type: Part-time Salary: Up to $6,000.00 per month Expected Hours: 25 hours per week Work Location: On-site employment
