This role will serve as the escalation point for the Level 1 team\. ### **️ Key Responsibilities** * Provide Level 2 support and act as escalation point for Level 1 * Resolve routing, switching, firewall, and wireless network incidents * Perform root cause analysis (RCA) * Implement approved changes and maintenance activities * Monitor network performance and capacity * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and diagrams * Coordinate with vendors and carriers on WAN-related matters * Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational KPIs * Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes ### **Technical Knowledge** **Core Networking (Cisco-focused)** * Solid understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and networking fundamentals * Advanced Routing & Switching (CCNP-level) * VLANs, Trunking (802\.1Q), STP/RSTP/MST * EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP/GLBP * Static and dynamic routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) * Route redistribution and path selection optimization * ACLs (standard and extended), QoS, NAT/PAT * Multicast fundamentals **WAN & Edge** * MPLS, Metro Ethernet, and dedicated links * SD\-WAN fundamentals and operations * VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN, site\-to\-site) * WAN optimization and traffic engineering **Monitoring and Tools** * Monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, PRTG, Splunk, etc.) * Packet capture and analysis (Wireshark) * CLI-based troubleshooting * SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow * ITSM / ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira) **Systems and Automation (desirable)** * Basic networking knowledge on Linux/Windows * Scripting fundamentals (Python, Bash or PowerShell) * Configuration backup and automation tools * Infrastructure documentation ### **Requirements** * Minimum **4 years** prior experience in **Level 2 Network Support or similar roles** * Experience in **enterprise network operations** * Handling of complex incidents and escalations * Knowledge of **ITIL processes** (desirable) ### **Certifications (desirable)** * CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent knowledge) * CCNA * ITIL Foundation ### **We Offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll scheme * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
