Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment processes, personnel administration, labor relations, training, and legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate training, development, and labor relations We are seeking a Human Resources Manager Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment and Selection \* Supervise mass recruitment processes for security guards. \* Design operational talent attraction strategies. \* Coordinate interviews, screening, and verification of professional and personal references. \* Review personnel files and official documentation. \* Authorize hiring of operational and administrative staff. \* Monitor staffing coverage and turnover. Personnel Administration \* Coordinate registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS. \* Supervise employment contracts and personnel files. \* Manage payroll incidents. \* Control vacations, leaves of absence, and disciplinary actions. \* Track work-related disabilities and occupational risks. Labor Relations \* Address labor conflicts and administrative proceedings. \* Enforce internal regulations and disciplinary policies. \* Reduce attrition and turnover rates. \* Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and operations. Training \* Coordinate onboarding for operational staff. \* Verify mandatory training in private security. \* Supervise performance evaluations. \* Implement development and retention programs. Legal Compliance \* Ensure compliance with: \* Federal Labor Law (LFT) \* Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) \* Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) \* Private security regulations \* Maintain up-to-date personnel files for audits. \* Coordinate labor inspections. Metrics and Reporting \* Prepare reports on: \* Turnover \* Absenteeism \* Staffing coverage \* Recruitment \* Incidents \* Active headcount \* Present metrics to management. Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology 1–3 years of relevant experience * Required knowledge: Federal Labor Law * Operational recruitment * Competency-based interviewing * Personnel file management * HR KPIs * Payroll and payroll incidents * Disciplinary procedures * Operational training * Intermediate Office and Excel proficiency Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
