Job Summary: Maintain boilers and peripheral equipment in optimal operating condition, implement the Preventive Maintenance Plan, and ensure proper operation of cooling towers and building facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive maintenance of boilers and peripheral equipment 2. Supervision of cooling towers and completion of control forms 3. Response to electrical failures, plumbing issues, and facility maintenance **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Maintain boilers in optimal operating condition, understand their operation and associated peripheral equipment, and implement the Preventive Maintenance Plan. Respond to and verify the correct operation of the cooling towers in the JAO Syrups area, and complete the assigned control and monitoring forms for each piece of equipment under the incumbent's responsibility. Maintain building facilities under the incumbent's charge in good condition, inspect the operational status of air conditioning equipment, and report any failures to the immediate supervisor to initiate the External Service Policy. This position responds to and follows up on building-related electrical failure reports, plumbing, hydrosanitary systems, painting, masonry, and other required maintenance activities.
