**Job Description:** **Description** ***About the Company*** A leading international company specializing in the design and manufacturing of test and automation equipment for the electronic manufacturing industry. **Requirements:** A dynamic, proactive engineer with strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. * Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics / Automation or related field. * Recent graduates or those who graduated within the past two years and are currently employed at an electronics company. * Possess analytical and problem-solving skills. * Fluent in English. * Applicants holding U.S. visas will be given priority. * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. **Job Responsibilities** * Operate and maintain Agilent HP3070 test equipment. * Participate in SMT-related testing work; must possess knowledge of electronic circuits and defect analysis capabilities. * On-site support both domestically and internationally. * Plan: We will sign a relevant employment agreement and arrange 3–6 months of ICT training in China. **Working Conditions:** * Gross salary commensurate with experience. * Working hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. * La Venta del Astillero, Zapopan. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (13% savings fund, 10% food vouchers, 30-day year-end bonus, Fonacot, SGMM and life insurance, 60% vacation bonus, performance bonus and transportation service, annual salary adjustments, annual clinical check-up, team-building events and social dinners).
