Hidrotecnicos is seeking a **Hydrosanitary Installations Costs and Budgets Manager** in Chapultepec Country colony, Guadalajara. **Requirements:** * Civil engineer, architect or related field. * Basic construction knowledge. * Proficiency in Neodata and Office. * Full-time availability. * Experience in a similar position. **We offer:** * Salary commensurate with profile. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. **Responsibilities:** **1 \- Catalogs and budgets for hydrosanitary construction works, vs fire protection and gas (Neodata)** * Catalog development based on volumetric data. * Budgeting for internal, extraordinary and deductive projects. * Preparation of documentation and reports based on budget: summary of line items, input breakdown, unit price (PU). * Labor cost analysis. * Tool and equipment analysis. * Analysis of overhead costs and profit margin. * Updating of material and equipment prices. **2 \- Construction schedule preparation** * Critical path method (CPM) construction schedule. * Financial flow analysis. **3 \- Bidding processes and construction invitations** * Receipt and management of construction bids (invitation or public tender). * Documentation and submission of bids (budgets, PU, input breakdown, indirect costs). * Feasibility analysis of projects (preparation of economic summaries and bid negotiation). * Value engineering applied to catalogs. **4 \- Reporting and documentation control** * Submission of documents for contracted works. * Management of bonds and advances in coordination with administration. * Creation of baseline archive for construction and piecework control. **5 \- Machinery, equipment and tools** * Procurement through comparative analysis and evaluation. * Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance. * Inventory control. * Assessment of equipment write-offs and replacements. **6 \- Miscellaneous** * Preparation of parametric budgets. * Participation in piecework systems alongside site supervisors and administration (technical support and price validation).
