





**Responsibilities:** * Provide basic technical assistance to customers using and operating simulators (golf, F1) and manage the bowling system during reservations. * Support resolution of minor equipment or console malfunctions, including necessary restarts. * Assist customers with simulator usage instructions and address general inquiries. * Collaborate with the food and beverage department: delivering dishes, performing light table cleaning, and providing customer service at the Sports Bar. * Maintain work areas clean, safe, and organized. * Report major technical issues to the appropriate department. * Deliver a warm, professional, and efficient experience to all visitors. **Requirements:** * Customer service experience (minimum 6 months; preference given to candidates with experience in entertainment, restaurants, or sports clubs). * Basic knowledge of technology/systems: PlayStation, displays, simple connections, etc. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. * Proactive, friendly attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset. * Availability to work weekends, evening shifts, and rotating schedules. * Ability to carry trays and move freely within the facility. * Minimum education: completed high school or equivalent. * Night shift schedule (Mon–Sat: 5 PM–12 AM; Sun: 3 PM–10 PM). * Residence in southern Guadalajara, specifically near the La Tijera area. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary + tips. * Statutory benefits upon completion of one year: year-end bonus, vacation days, vacation premium, and rest days. * Social security coverage. * Opportunities for career growth within the club. * Initial training on simulator and system operation.
