Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of the technological infrastructure, ERP systems, and user support in both field and office environments. Key Highlights: 1. ERP System Administration and Support (CZ Cosecha, Intelesis, Agritracer) 2. Comprehensive Technical Support to Users and Network Administration 3. License Management, Equipment Maintenance, and Information Security Job Objective: Ensure the operational continuity of the company's technological infrastructure and ERP systems, guaranteeing connectivity, proper license administration, and efficient user support across field operations, packing facilities, and offices. Main Responsibilities: Administration, support, and enhancement of ERP systems (CZ Cosecha, Intelesis, Agritracer, and others). Comprehensive technical support to users (devices, systems, access, email, network). Network administration: o Internet configuration and monitoring. o Implementation and management of backup internet. License management and migration (email, domains, enterprise software). Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. User administration, access control, and information security. Diagnosis and resolution of critical operational incidents. Coordination with technology vendors. Documentation of processes and system improvements. Ensuring proper operation of systems supporting agricultural and administrative activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field. Proven experience in: o ERP administration (preferably in the agricultural or production sector). o Technical user support. o Networks and connectivity (LAN/WAN, VPN, internet redundancy). o Email, domain, and license migrations. Knowledge of user administration (Active Directory or similar).
