Work Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts as required by operations. Work Location: Located adjacent to Plaza Punto Sur. Requirements: - Technical degree in food services or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or related field. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred. - Personnel management and effective communication skills. - Strong sense of responsibility. - Must reside nearby or have easy access to Plaza Punto Sur. Responsibilities: - Develop buffet and restaurant menu proposals (including cost calculation for each recipe and sub-recipe). - Maintain Distinctive H certification (review operational logs, expiration dates, cleaning and disinfection procedures, etc.). - Ensure timely and high-quality dish delivery. - Manage inventory and conduct cost analysis. - Review, identify, and approve suppliers; place orders for the entire department. - Supervise and manage assigned personnel. - Plan and execute events at the casino.
