**OPEN POSITION – PHLEBOTOMIST, CUSTOMER SERVICE** **CASLEY MEDICAL \| Tesistán Branch** At Casley Medical, a clinical laboratory, we seek committed personnel dedicated to patient care, service quality, and compliance with health and administrative regulations. **Position:** Phlebotomist, Customer Service, and Administrative Support **Required Profile:** Nurse Clinical Laboratory Technician Pharmaceutical Chemist-Biologist (QFB) Paramedic Completed or incomplete degree program Mandatory experience in sample collection **Work Location:** Tesistán Branch, Zapopan, Jalisco. **Work Schedule (aligned with employment contract):** Monday to Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 1-hour lunch break Day shift Work performed under employer’s direction and supervision Clinical and patient care activities: Patient attention, reception, and orientation. Blood sample collection (venipuncture). Capillary sample collection (glucose and rapid tests). Pap smear sample collection. Urine sample reception and handling. Sample labeling, storage, and tracking. Completion of clinical forms, logs, and records. Cleaning, preparation, and disinfection of the work area. Compliance with biosafety standards and hazardous biological material handling protocols. Mandatory use of lab coat or surgical attire, professional personal appearance, and conduct appropriate to a clinical laboratory. **Optional Activities (not mandatory):** Electrocardiogram (ECG) acquisition. Arterial blood gas analysis. Administrative and accounting activities: Daily patient and service registration in the system. Daily income tracking and cash reconciliation. Billing support (data entry and follow-up). Payment, collection, and receipt documentation control. Compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. **Requirements:** Technical or professional degree in health sciences. Minimum one year of experience in sample collection. Proficiency with Vacutainer systems. Basic administrative and cash-handling knowledge. Interpersonal skills, responsibility, and professional ethics. Punctuality, organization, and teamwork. **We Offer (market-aligned and per employment contract):** Indefinite-term individual employment contract. Monthly base salary: **$9,500 gross pesos**, based on experience. Punctuality bonuses. Productivity bonuses. Sales commissions generating additional monthly income of approximately **$2,000 to $8,000 pesos**, depending on performance. Payment in national currency as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law.
