Maternal and infant nutritional counseling for healthcare professionals. 2. Collaboration with hospitals to ensure product availability. 3. Promotion of Nestlé nutritional solutions and brand positioning. **Location:** Guadalajara. **English:** Intermediate. **Objective:** Provide maternal and infant nutrition advisory services to healthcare professionals, analyzing and identifying their specific needs, and establishing short-, medium-, and long-term brand loyalty relationships. **A Day in the Life of…** * Conduct in-person and digital medical visits to identify and address the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients, applying Effective Engagement Skills (EES) and digital capabilities to offer solutions through Nestlé’s multivitamins, infant formulas, and baby foods. Collaborate across all hospital departments to ensure product availability when breastfeeding is not possible. * Master the features of our portfolio and competitors’ products, as well as maternal and infant nutrition topics across various settings (clinics, conferences, etc.), using digital materials and platforms. Recommend appropriate indications based on physicians’ needs and patients’ symptoms. * Identify potential points of sale and analyze product availability. Implement strategies in golden stores to minimize competition and enable healthcare professionals to confidently recommend our nutrition portfolio, thereby increasing demand for our products. * Identify opportunities and develop strategies through relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital institutional decision-makers, promoting Nestlé’s nutritional solutions and advising on maternal and infant nutrition to drive demand and appropriate brand positioning. * Address consumer complaints regarding multivitamins, infant formulas, and baby foods via in-person visits, clarifying concerns or escalating issues to the relevant department to build trust in products recommended by healthcare professionals. **What Will Make You Successful...** * Experience in nutrition or health-related fields. * Commercial experience with portfolio management. * Experience in pharmaceutical or laboratory industries. * Degree in Nutrition, Medical-Biological Sciences, Food Engineering, Biology, or other health-related disciplines. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
