We are looking for our new OCCUPATIONAL NURSE/NURSE FOR AN INDUSTRIAL GAS COMPANY TEMPORARY What experience, skills, and knowledge are required? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with valid license and diploma (Mandatory) Minimum required experience: 1 year Availability to cover the requested shifts Skills: Problem analysis and resolution Adherence to standards and procedures Effective communication Results orientation Service attention Teamwork Decision-making Time management Knowledge: Support planning and implementation of prevention campaigns (talks, presentations, brochures, posters, and announcements). Provide medical consultations and care to site personnel. Record medical service activities in established logs. Respond to medical emergencies. Monitor the medical examination program (pre-employment, periodic, special, and exit exams). Generate evidence of compliance with applicable regulations. Generate evidence of compliance with applicable audits. Prepare and submit indicators within the established timeframe. Monitor compliance with specific occupational health programs according to reported risks. Support development, implementation, and monitoring of medical surveillance programs. Record and monitor chronic cases, prolonged disabilities, and occupational risks. Complete assigned training programs. What will be your responsibilities? Participate in scheduled activities. Ensure compliance with Mexican Official Standard NOM-030-STPS-2009. Perform records, reports, forms, communications, and advisory services in occupational health. Participate in safety and hygiene activities aimed at preventing occupational accidents and illnesses. Oversee implementation and compliance with sanitary emergency response plans. Monitor and control occupationally exposed personnel. Develop, implement, and monitor medical surveillance programs. Manage and administer the medical clinic (medication and supply inventories, furniture and equipment, Hazardous Biological-Infectious Waste (RPBI), logs). Administer clinical records per Mexican Official Standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012, Clinical Records. Conduct and interpret tests for occupationally exposed personnel (audiometry and spirometry). Coordinate campaigns with public and private institutions. Issue fitness recommendations. Issue permits for high-risk work. Implement and monitor the wellness program. Carry out tasks assigned by Grupo Consulmed and the client. Comply with policies established by Grupo Consulmed and respect guidelines set forth by the client. Maintain and safeguard assigned equipment used for performing duties (provided by Grupo Consulmed or the client). Promptly report any anomalies or deviations to enable immediate correction.
