




Position Summary: Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, guaranteeing operational continuity and compliance with standards. Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the company's facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, ensuring their optimal performance, operational continuity, and compliance with safety, quality, and cost standards. Main Responsibilities * Develop and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance program. * Coordinate internal technical personnel and external vendors. * Supervise repairs of equipment, machinery, and facilities. * Manage the department's budget and expense control. * Manage procurement and inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Respond to emergencies and critical failures to minimize downtime. * Generate performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department. * Implement continuous improvements to optimize equipment efficiency. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility or machinery maintenance. * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. * Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). * Familiarity with industrial safety standards. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Availability to respond to contingencies outside regular working hours.
