Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic Counter Salesperson to provide customer service, manage orders, and develop the client portfolio in fine costume jewelry. Key Responsibilities: 1. In-person and WhatsApp customer service 2. Order management and customer follow-up 3. DUE TO EXPANSION COUNTER SALESPERSON REQUIRED Education: Completed High School Experience: Minimum 1 year in jewelry sales or department stores. \- Proficiency in Excel or Office Suite \- Professional appearance PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES \- In-person customer service at the counter. \- Customer service via WhatsApp. \- Identify customer needs and offer optimal sales solutions. \- Process and fulfill orders. \- Close sales. \- Follow up with client portfolio. \- Monitor sales performance. \- Request orders from warehouse. \- Maintain a clean work area. \- Support retail locations. \- Assist in special events such as exhibitions and bazaars. \- Wear uniform and maintain professional appearance. \- Expand product catalog, sales volume, and client portfolio. WE OFFER: \- Base salary of $10,000 MXN per month \+ Punctuality bonus \+ Inventory bonus \+ Monthly commissions. \- Bi-weekly payroll payments and monthly commission payments. \- 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) \- Statutory benefits Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM 1-hour lunch break.
