Airesa, a Mexican company with over 25 years of experience in the national refrigeration and automation market, is currently seeking Counter Sales personnel. ***Main Responsibilities*** \- In-branch personalized customer service \- Telephone, email, and electronic channel customer support \- Product display and material delivery at branch \- Gathering customer material requirements \- Preparing quotations, purchase orders, and tracking the sales process \- Invoicing preparation \- Post-sales service \- Sales-related database analysis ***Requirements:*** Minimum 2 years of sales experience Experience preparing quotations and invoices Experience in counter sales and customer service ***Knowledge:*** Basic Excel Outlook \| email handling ERP system experience (SAI or ODOO preferred) Remote desktop access Electronic invoicing 4\.0 ***Working Hours:*** Fixed and stable schedule On-site work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM ***We Offer:*** Direct employment contract with the company Weekly salary payment **Statutory Benefits:** \- IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, 12 vacation days, vacation bonus, profit sharing, and others. **Additional Benefits Beyond Statutory Requirements:** \- 3% savings fund, 30-day Christmas bonus, life insurance upon permanent hiring, free uniforms and work boots, and payroll-deducted loans Continuous training Job stability Internal development and growth We want you to feel great working with us!
