Requirements: \- Gender: Unrestricted; age 25 or older. \- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems/Programming. \- Experience in a similar position. \- Valid driver's license (preferred). \- Willingness to travel (occasional). \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Main Responsibilities: \- Detect and propose continuous technological improvements in systems. \- Generate backups of all information processed within the system, prioritized according to criticality level. \- Maintain control (inventory) of company equipment and assign devices to individual users. \- Ensure proper operation of company communication networks using robust security protocols to prevent misuse of information. \- Manage assignment, maintenance, repairs, and updates of collaborator equipment. We Offer: \- Monthly base salary of $14,000 MXN (gross), negotiable based on experience. \- Statutory benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), vacation time, and vacation premium. \- Direct employment with the company — stable, permanent position. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. \- Biweekly payment via BBVA.
