Job Objective To be responsible for attracting, selecting, and integrating the best talent for the company, while also supporting key Human Resources processes such as training, personnel follow-up, and strengthening organizational culture. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Selection * Posting and managing job openings * Talent attraction and sourcing * Resume screening and initial interviews * Tracking the hiring process and onboarding Personnel Administration and Follow-up * Attending to and following up with employees * Managing incidents and providing administrative support * Performance evaluations and workplace climate assessments * Preparing HR reports and metrics Training and Development * Coordinating internal training programs * Supporting onboarding of new hires * Monitoring staff development and adaptation * Participating in continuous improvement projects Candidate Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Experience in recruitment and HR processes * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organization, follow-up ability, and proactivity * Proficiency with recruitment platforms * Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset Key Skills * Teamwork * Emotional intelligence * Problem-solving * Organizational ability * Timely follow-up * Service orientation * Excellent attitude Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We Offer * Competitive salary: $18,000 monthly * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Excellent work environment * Ongoing training * Professional growth opportunities * In-house development Work Location: On-site employment Join a growing team where your talent and commitment will make a difference.
