Continuous training and professional growth ### **Position Profile** A real estate company seeks to integrate into its team an individual with commercial skills and customer orientation, responsible for promoting tenant protection services and coordinating processes related to contract signings. ### **Responsibilities** * Prospect and follow up with potential clients * Promote and position the company's services * Build strategic partnerships and commercial relationships * Identify business opportunities in the real estate market * Attend commercial meetings, trainings, and events * Coordinate and accompany contract signing processes * Explain policy terms, benefits, and coverage * Maintain updated commercial and administrative follow-up records * Support operational activities within the department * Strengthen professional contact networks and networking ### **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in administrative, commercial, or related fields * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business relations * Valid driver's license * Standard vehicle operation is mandatory * Strong negotiation and effective communication skills * Availability for fieldwork and local travel ### **Benefits** * Base monthly salary of $10,000 * Productivity-based commission plan * Continuous training and development * Internal growth opportunities * Collaborative work environment * Assigned vehicle for work-related activities * Hybrid work model focused on commercial visits ### **Commissions** * 1 to 5 policies: no commission applies * 6 to 10 policies: $100 per policy * 11 to 20 policies: $200 per policy * 21 to 30 policies: 5% * More than 30 policies: 10% ### **Working Hours** Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional availability to attend signings during weekends. Additional support of $100 for each signing conducted on Saturday or Sunday.
