We are currently looking to welcome an organized, committed individual with a passion for administrative order to join our team — someone eager to further develop professionally as an **Accounting Assistant** within a close-knit, dynamic, and professional environment. **What we offer:** * Base monthly salary of **$17,000** * Statutory benefits * Bi-weekly bonuses * 15% discount on brand products * Daily complimentary bread and beverage * Opportunities for professional growth Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Work location: Ladrón de Guevara neighborhood, Guadalajara **What will be your objective?** You will be responsible for supporting the accurate recording, organization, and tracking of the company’s accounting information, ensuring orderly and timely processes to meet monthly compliance requirements and support sound financial management. **Key responsibilities:** * Recording and registering accounting transactions. * Assisting with reconciliations and daily cash reconciliation and deposit controls. * Preparing and submitting requested information to the external accounting firm. **What are we looking for?** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant. * Proficiency in CONTPAQi and intermediate Excel skills.
