We are currently seeking a talented, responsible, and organized **Drafting Architect** for our offices located in Guadalajara. **Requirements:** \*Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or Industrial Drafting \*Experience working with rendering software \*Proficiency in AutoCAD **\***Experience working with mechanical guidelines \*Proactive \*Attention to detail \*Strong verbal communication skills \*Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite \*Valid driver’s license **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for designing preliminary and final projects for clients’ laundry rooms serving hotels, hospitals, restaurants, banquet halls, laundry franchises, dry cleaners, NGOs, etc. * Develop architectural drawings and construction details based on mechanical guidelines for our machinery * Create computer-aided drawings using AutoCAD * Track project delivery timelines * Coordinate technical documentation related to projects * Assist in administrative management of the industrial machinery sales department * Occasional site visits with clients to verify space requirements **Benefits:** \*Base gross salary (paid biweekly) \+ 10% food vouchers, accumulated monthly \*Statutory benefits (IMSS, profit sharing, Christmas bonus, vacation, 25% vacation premium) \*Additional paid days off beyond statutory requirements \*Development opportunities \*Ongoing training \*Uniforms **\***Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM; early departure on Fridays at 5:30 PM **Exact Location:** Av. 8 de Julio 2365, Zona Industrial, 44940 Guadalajara, Jal. **Apply through this channel with your updated CV if you meet the requirements** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $22,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Sick leave days * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
